WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Report to the Claims Supervisor.
- Investigate, negotiate and settle Accident Benefits insurance claims via face-to face or telephone investigation and conciliation.
- Adhere to claims handling practices in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Ensure claims handling practices adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- You have a grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year in Accident Benefit experience or equivalent medical industry experience
- You are working towards your CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
