WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Report to the Manager, Operational Performance.
- Participate in regular and targeted audits.
- Assist as needed with projects, journey mapping and business process reviews.
- Prepare KPI reports and scorecards for Insurance Agency Management to measure monthly performance.
- Review calls and policies on a regular and ad hoc basis to ensure the Insurance agency technical and service guidelines are being met.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes and procedures.
- Assist and support the Insurance Agency Performance Manager to perform audits to monitor and ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Provide on-site support for facilitation and development of training programs as required.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- You have a minimum eight years Insurance Sales and Service experience including personal and commercial lines.
- You hold a CIP Designation or are actively working towards it.
- Previous mentorship experience would be considered an asset.
- You have good general knowledge of the insurance industry and selling and servicing of Insurance policies.
- You have the ability to plan, prioritize workload, workflows, organize and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
- You have the ability to communicate effectively with both front line staff and management.
