  • Report to Supervisor, Partner and Member Relations.
  • Ensure member issues, escalations and damage related instances are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Make determinations on fleet/Service Provider “at fault” damages.
  • Collaborate with members to find qualified repair facilities and managing the diagnostic and repair process with members for all “at fault” related damages.
  • Determine settlements related to damages and being the key liaison between Fleet/Service Providers and Insurance.
  • Handle and process payments for “at fault” damage repairs upon completion.
  • Assist the Supervisor, Partner and Member Relations with resourcing, creating, and maintaining partnerships with repair facilities to negotiate pricing and repair costs.
  • Collaborate with leadership groups to recommend feedback and offer data on emerging damage trends.
  • Monitor incoming emails, along with online/smart phone service requests and ensure responses meet our guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other business units such as the call centre, contractor resource network to manage or assist with complaint/compliment overflow as well as assist in other business unit areas as seen fit to help meet member call volume demand etc.
  • Continually monitor and respond to member concerns through our survey program.
