As a Learning Resource Consultant, you'll play a key role in researching, developing and implementing internal and external learning programs for Insurance Services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Report to Director, Operational Transformation.
- Conduct ongoing needs assessment, curriculum research, program design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs for AMA Insurance.
- Consult on and support learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain online learning programs through the learning programs through the learning management system.
- Work with staff and clients on program design and delivery.
- Ensure that the learning programs support and drive our business and strategic objectives.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business and/or Adult Education. If it's in an equivalent field, we're open to hearing more!
- You have at least five (5) years of experience working in a business education or learning environment.
- You're comfortable with computers and technology-based learning, including multimedia, online learning and course management.
- You have working knowledge of instructional design and media.
