WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Report to the Director, New Business Development.
  • Promote AMA Insurance products to members through coordinated outbound calls and inbound sales queues.
  • Effectively articulate product and pricing explanations to members in a simple, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely service in all member interactions.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions to advance product knowledge

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • You have a grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Sales experience is required; phone sales/call center experience is an asset.
  • Insurance experience preferred.
